·         Establish, monitor, analyze, forecast & report project revenues and costs

·         Analyze all aspects of the HO costs (actual hours and dollars, rates, productivity, ETC’s, mark-ups, non-labor)

·         Establish budget and performance target in Home Office Cost & Progressing System

·         Establish staffing and resource forecast trending for the project

·         Control the financial progress of a project, compute billable and non-billable costs and compare such costs to budgets. Variance analysis.

·         Review progress, productivity & forecast updates periodically with discipline leads to assure accurate reporting

·         Responsible for publishing monthly progress report (OPR-Operational Project Review Report).

·         Responsible for publishing monthly Financial report (PAR-Project Admin Review Report).

·         Provide incurred, committed, outlook figures on a monthly basis and compare against control budget (TIC-Total Installed Cost Report)

·         Reconcile H.O. Progress & Cost Report (HOPSR) with invoices and Accounting Oracle/GFS report

·         Maintain Trend / Change Notice Log

·         Diligently tracked budgets, scope & non-scope changes, and contingency rundown.

·         Responsible for developing estimate, unit rate analysis and validation of check estimate.

·         Ensuring charge-out rates and costs for all staff and direct personnel are accurate

·         Analysed variance from key performance indicators (KPI’s) and issued variance reports.
