·       Lead a team of 5 planners, inclusive of subcontractors, and 3 cost engineers.

·       Maintained Integrated Master Project Schedule for the Exxon Kizomba C Project – Topsides and Subsea Systems.  Collaborated with subcontractors for schedule updates and status.

·       Established Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure for both Scheduling and Cost Reporting.

·       Maintained Cost Analysis for all phases of the project including preparing Estimates to Complete, Earned Progress (based on Physical Percent Complete), Critical Path analysis, and preparation of Milestone invoicing. 

·       Used Percentage at Completion for monthly reporting and analysis on the health of the project. 

·       Provided data for Monthly Project Reporting for presentation to Client.

·       Chaired meetings with the subcontractors for schedule reviews.  Met with the Client on schedule issues and liaised with subcontractors and Client to remediate any concerns that arose.
