1. Exposed to Subsea Equipment. Totally different from my topside construction experience 

2. Exposed to Manufacturing planning methods from project standpoint.

3. Teach engineers how to read schedules, especially usnig floats as a guide.

4. In-depth understading of the constraints and right application.

5. Used Unit%, Duration%, Primavera Inspire, SAP synch

6. Develop the 1st dashboard reporting for management measuring schedule and project KPI.
 

Overall, I have outperformed myself and excel greatly in the role. The drop from PM role is because of the I choose to stay in Singapore and take up lesser position versus the need to travel and stay in Middle East.
