- Ensured estimates of cost changes and schedule impact visible to the client and project management team.
- Managed and used Primavera P6 and MS Project in monitoring, controlling and updating cost estimates and schedules (Level 1 to 4 or Class I to V).
- Follow-up and re-recording of all documentation (Drawings, Reports, Invoices, Payment Certificates, etc.)
- Established Company Cost Control System with MS Navision ERP software with the accounting team.
