Established Middle branch and set up distribution channels for CA regionally.

Commercial management of business and partner/channel management.

Planned and executed multiple programs and projects both in clients and for our own office to deliver/implement products and improve services to customers through the channels.  Planned and managed multiple projects and programs for our clients, but also for channel partners and their clients where they needed support.

Examples are implementation of the database portion of full disaster recovery capability in respect of  central IT services for several ministries in a GCC country.  This was not only politically complex but the first implementation of large scale high performance data replication capabilities globally.  The program involved multiple stakeholders from all the ministries involved, as well as several suppliers and technical partners, construction and electrical improvements, and cabling.
