General Management of projectised consulting service company and delivery of project, program, portfolio and strategy execution services to clients across Africa and Middle East.  Also Director (Middle East) for strategy execution specialists (2GC) during most of this time as a majority of our cleints were looking for improved organisational PM capabiulity, along with portfolio management and strategic alignment.  Most of the time they had no clear consensus on strategy (priority and focus) across the management teams, so to be successful at all we had to start with fixing the strategy element, and work on these competencies in parallel.

Defining, managing and executing projects to implement PPMO and Strategy Execution services for clients, ranging from short 3 month duration assessments and audits through to 18 month complex implementations of balanced scorecards and PM capability across hundreds of business units and complex international organisations.

Plan and Control all aspects of these projects, and manage value delivery, reconcoliation with contracts, payments, and profitability.
