-Preparing and collecting technical data to make reports to the project Management and other Departments (Daily, weekly, Monthly, Annual, Management)

-Providing databases for construction activities, Material delivery, Financial, Man Power, Machinery, Delays 

-Providing and Presenting analyzing reports such as Cash Flow, Procurement Plan, Progress variance and it`s suggestive solution and Cost controlling and earned value analyzing.

-Controlling and analyzing subcontractors financial issues such as invoices and reporting them to the project Management

-Planning: Gathering information based on AFC drawings & technical specification and comments of project manager & construction engineers and put all them together to make the WBS and Project schedule, construction schedule and Procurements schedule. Control progress of project and necessary times preparing recovery schedule and analyzing the delays.

- Multi media reports: Preparing photos from a specific location of the project in regular periods and mix them together with each period progress report and also preparing catalog and video report.
