Duties and Responsibilities
1. Establish the work breakdown structure (WBS) during the implementation of the project baseline schedule by deconstructing the project scope statement to more manageable pieces to include all work package levels.
2. Perform resource planning, loading, allocations and prepare the required manpower and equipment histograms.
3. Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly work progress reports and S-curve based on the progress measurement method agreed with the client and updated schedule.
4. Review and manage the subcontractor’s schedule, work performance, payments.
5. Make the project schedule tracking layouts and reports, and updating and analyzing the project status.
6. Study, analyze and identify all subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers connections to arrange interfacing plan, and avoiding any conflicts that may arise through lack of coordination.
7. Identify the critical path(s) of the project schedule and preventive action plan to avoid any slippage of critical activities.
8. Perform all type of schedule compression techniques such as (crashing, fast tracking and re-estimating … etc.).
9. Follow up on the project at all stages and record the dates, durations, productivity and earned value, updating the project schedule to determine and analyze the variance between the target plan and the actual.
10. Prepare the delay analysis report and recommended corrective actions to avoid delays.
11. Close out report and Historical data preparation.
