•       Planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities covering all aspects of maintenance integrity & execution (MIE).

•       Managing all maintenance backlogs.

•       Accountable for managing schedule conflicts i.e resources capacity, load leveling, material availability, freezing the weekly schedule.

•       Ensure integration of both Preventive (PM) and Corrective (CM) maintenance activities, and consider the Short Term Integrated Activity Planning of various function and avoid any clashes if any.

•       Communicate the schedule to related stakeholders.

•       Keep contact with respective activity owner who is the responsible person for job execution and update the maintenance plan on a daily basis, including any plan break-ins.

•       Keep informed of available work centre capabilities and campaign, shutdown periods highlighting upcoming constraints in time to mitigate them.

•       Keep track of 90 days plan, particular in relation of equipment outages, production holds and shutdown.

•       Align all activities that require shutdown in one shutdown windows to avoid big impact on production.

•       Utilizes work schedule database (SAP and primavera P6)

•       Coordinate all schedule meetings (Yesterday, today, tomorrow (YTT), backlog, Weekly Schedule Maintenance, Shutdown Preparation, etc)

•       Responsible for cost forecasting for 90 days plan and ensure that cost does not exceed ACV for each planner group.

•       Align all activities especially turbine/engine maintenance, electrical and instrument that require unit shutdown in order to reduce deferment in production.

•       Coordinate meeting with Technical Authority in order to raise deviation for work orders that has passed LAFD (Latest Allowed Finished Date).

•       Challenge activity owners in term of technical activities that involve shutdown in order to optimize shutdown windows.

•       Monitor FSR (Facilities Status Reporting) especially work orders related to SCE (Safety Critical Element).

•       Involved in Project workpack challenge and setting of Planning assumption prior to develop a workpack.

•       Develop detail shutdown schedule for South Furious field and Labuan Crude Oil Terminal.

•       Overall in charge of Shutdown execution in term of planning.

•       Develop high level estimation for Medium term and Long Term planning.

•       Assist reliability team conducting Root Cause Analysis when equipment break down.

•       Lead a team of Assets Scheduler consists of 5 schedulers.
