Assisted PMT with evaluating builders risk incident, and developed time frame analysis for negotiations with client. Developed recovery plan / schedule after incident for management and client. Maintained internal reporting throughout project life and assisted management in client negotiations during project closure.

Established global cost controls, schedule, change, and reporting procedures. Responsible for establishing and maintaining all reporting and budgeting to client and Senior Management which includes cost, forecast, schedule, progress, and change orders for all phases of  project.  Assist Project Manager in contract administration and change management.

 

Project Controls / Contracts Manager (Redhawk Cell Spar Project)

Gulf Marine Fabricators, Corpus Christi, TX                         (739K MH, $145MM)

                                                Fabrication phase

Managed two contracts coordinators and schedulers  for project duration.

Responsible for all Subcontract progress, budgets, interface, material tracking, and delivery schedule for entire project.  Also negotiate terms and conditions, and commercial issues to comply with company standards for seven vendors in three states on Red Hawk Project.
