Project based Programme Management Office (PMO) role in a large value software and hardware development project transitioning from construction to service phase

Working alongside Project Management, Engineering and Finance functions, taking responsibility for the delivery of full schedule management, monthly schedule progression, baseline and scope change management as well as cost and accrual tracking and management

Responsibility for the setup and onward management of full EVM analysis, providing recommendations to the Project Manager on findings

Setup and management of Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis techniques utilising 3 point estimating via Monte Carlo Analysis

Producing monthly reports & recommendations for the project for Senior Management Review
