 Planning and scheduling the Fabrication & Erection activities,  Monitoring the work activity progress by using PRIMAVERA – P6,  Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress reports,  Preparing Monthly Management Reports.  Conducting weekly Construction & Management meetings.  Review and forecast Contractor Work front availability and conduct continuity of work analysis.  Progress Claim and Billing Invoices submitting the same to client.
