ØDischarge of duties for monitoring of projects in line with training manual

ØMonitoring day-to-day site activities and guiding all Project Engineers

ØOrganising PRM AND DRM, and circulating the Agenda and MOMs

ØOverall incharge of construction process monitoring

ØMonitoring all intended tests at Laboratory and witnessing the same.

ØCo-ordinating with contractors for all follow-ups and if necessary escalating the same to higher-ups

ØReporting complete day business to PM and seek suitable directions.

ØMonitoring the Master/Weekly/day schedule and escalating the failures to all concerned.

ØIdentifying and issuing Corrective Action Reports to Contractor for taking the corrective actions.

ØEnsure through understanding of drawings.
