   Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Assigned as team head in the preparation of bid proposals.

·         Prepare cost estimates, quantity/materials take-off, master schedule, manpower and equipment schedules, bar chart, S-Curve, Pert-CPM, manpower histogram and detailed schedule.

·         Attend Pre-Bid conference meetings and conducting site surveys for every bid proposals.

·         Evaluate Sub-contractors Monthly billing based on actual accomplishments.

·         Supervised and monitor all on-going projects and activities under the company by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters.

·         Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions.

·         Ensure that all quality control checks and tests are instigated, with records maintained and available and area release in accordance with contractors ITP.

·         Appraised the suitability of the construction techniques and method statements

·         Ensure that a risk assessment has been undertaken and agreed prior to commencement of any new type of work activity.

·         Maintain supervisory attendance at Tool Box talk and pre start meetings.

·         Attend Contractor progress meetings as required.

·         Prepare daily accomplishment reports and daily construction records on all the construction activities.
