Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Maintain the current and baseline schedule and analyze the effect of proposed changes.

·         Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of program to ensure project target dates are met.

·         Monitor the project progress and manpower productivity against the planned program and to advise corrective action for future activities.

·         Coordinate with the construction team to update Project on regular basis and notify of delays, if any.

·         Prepare the weekly progress report using the Progress Measurement System (PROM) and Construction Program (Copr) of SICON program.

·         Prepare the monthly work progress report to client.
