·        Working in Planning & Project Control to clients in Australia, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, Angola, Norway, USA, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Nigeria

·        Over 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas (Greenfield’s & Brownfield’s both onshore/offshore), pipelines, petrochemical, power, water and infrastructure (heavy construction) projects. As well as minor involvement & exposure in Mining Projects within Western Australia and Ghana, Africa

·        Planning, scheduling, controlling and forecasting medium to large multi-disciplinary projects.

·        Liaising with the tender/estimation department to develop tender schedules, manpower/plant requirements, cash flows and selection of vendors/sub-contractors

·        Developing baselines and measuring project performance using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

·        Co-ordinating with different levels of project management team and leading weekly project performance meeting with subcontractors and reporting weekly to the client’s progress meeting

·        Developing and controlling project investment plan, cash flow and schedule risk models

·        Evaluating and reporting schedule deviations, delays and claims and methods of recovery

·        Developing engineering/construction productivity database and planning procedures to ensure compliance with the performance across the company.
