Project:

• GMR Chhattisgarh Energy Limited, Raipur is a 2x685 MW Thermal Power Plant located near Raikheda, Chhattisgarh.

Job responsibilities:

• Developed an Excel based Monitoring sheet for Engineering, Procurement and Construction for generating the S-curves.

• Preparation, Updating of L2 Schedule Plan of Various Packages in Primavera(P6 version).

• MIS report generation to the top management & Preparation of Project progress S-curves.

• Generating Construction Report on Weekly basis, based on inputs received from the Site team.

• Structuring the project with a standard WBS philosophy and Activity coding for necessary Group and Sorting for generating various reports.

• Monthly Updation of the project in primavera from the inputs received from the various vendors and Site team for tracking the Critical Path.

• Various reports generation from the updated Primavera Schedule, this will be used to discuss with the Contractors during the project review meetings.

• Conducting Internal Weekly / Review Meetings among the various departments & contractors

• Preparation of presentation for Internal (GCM,BCM & CEO etc., )& External  (Lenders, Auditors, CEA & Stake Holders)Review meetings

• Collecting Daily Progress Report from site and analyse the observations and concerns to Management.

• Follow-up with Vendors / Contractors for receipt of Monthly Progress Report. Review & furnishing of comments / observations of same.

• Engineering Co- Ordination between Head Office and Site to release the drawings as per the site requirement.

• Conducting and Co-ordinating the War Room meetings on bi- weekly basis through Web Conferencing.
