      Planning Engineer

      Department: Projects

Ø  Provide project management support in the development of the activities, logic, resources and progress of the approved integrated project schedule against the baseline.

Ø  Coordinate with design department to review and discuss of all the drawings needed in order to ensure the adequacy of all necessary materials needed to avoid any delays.

Ø  Provide the progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analysis.

Ø  Coordinate to plan and track engineering works, procurement, construction and testing & commissioning activities.

Ø  Prepares material purchase requisition for the equipment and materials needed thru SAP System.

Ø  Responsible of doing site construction schedule, follow-up project engineers and procurement department.

Ø  Analyze problem areas, identify reasons, recommend solutions and follow up with concerned department/services.

Ø  Prepares service requisition for the sub-contractors.

Ø  Planning of invoice and initiate request for invoice from the sub-contractors.

Ø  Monitoring & updating of payment schedules for sub-contractors.

Ø  Preparation of project status/schedule by using Primavera/MS Project.

Ø  Responsible in monitoringthe status of purchase requisition, purchase order and invoice thru SAP System.

Ø  Responsible in verifying/checking the equipment and materials each delivery to ensure the right material and quantity.

Ø  Evaluates new ideas and current developments.

Ø  Participate in safety training program and ensures the safety rules and regulation.
