MANAGER (TECHNICAL CELL)

·         AFCOis established in 2004 and I am working in its gross root stage. It is a group company of ADITYA BIRLA GROUP.

·         Main Responsibilities include with purchase activities related to chemical area, Water treatment and Effluent treatment plants.

·         Follow up with Engineering company for smooth flow of documents

Follow up with Supplier for technical clarifications and receipt of material in time.

·         Checking of all PFDs & P & IDs for the modification and upgraded as per the previous experience.

·         Co-ordination with all  the  departments in regard to their status up-    

·         Gradation, project monitoring as per PRIMAVERA schedule.

·         Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation departments for the Erection of equipments and Flushing, Hydro test and Calibration of vessels and instruments.  Involved in the pre- commissioning and Commissioning Activities.

·         Active Participant in the successful commissioning of the plant.
