      Work in close collaboration and liaise between the creative, technical and account department or client Talent Management Process, providing leadership & support to a multicultural workforce.

      Plan and estimate task duration and resource requirements, use of Gantt chart.

      Key role in planning of Product Design and Development while working in close association with creative and technical team.

      Establish Asset Management and Inventory Control systems to increase efficiency.

      Mitigate risk factors through careful analysis of financial and statistical data.

      Prepare and assist with project documentation, scheduling, issue tracking, resource management and QA

      Assess and evaluate project results and experiences to maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

      Responsible for managing financial planning and budget for the organization to influence organization's financial profitability.

      Planning and overseeing promotional events and exhibitions being held for National and International Promotion of Marble Sculptor and Handicraft.

Achievements

      Redefined Project Problem statement, Vision, Objective and scope resulting in increased efficiency and profitability.

      Secured a grant of 50 lakhs and completed civil work of 20 lakhs to install plant and machinery and upgrade facilities at the plant.
