Position – Consultant/Trainer- Project  Management & Planning

Presently I am a part of Project Management & Civil Engineering Department.  Majorly Involved in

• Conducting Training on Project Management for Corporate Personnel line Project/ Planning Engineers/ Managers using MS Project and Primavera.
• Conducting Training on AutoCAD, Revit & Staad Pro for Corporate Personnel & Students. 
• Providing Consultancy on real time ongoing Projects for Planning and scheduling for various activities involved along with resource requirements using Primavera P6/MSP tool.
• Monitoring progress of project and reporting critical issues affecting the progress and the budget of project to the management.
• Preparing various MIS report for management.
• Handling coordination with engineering and review consultants for finalization of drawings.
