I am responsible for the management and maintenance of the overall Senex Energy program. I consult and advise on development strategies; investigate and mitigate risk by making analytical recommendations to leadership and key operational stake holders. 

My role is key in advising and guiding the operational business on key decisions and complex strategies and requires a consultative approach in a rapidly growing and changing environment.

I am responsible for planning, schedule development, maintenance/monitoring on all stages of the program (from development of scope through to execution and completion), which includes 

    • Development and maintenance of Senex Energy’s program of exploration and production activities.
    • Facilitation of required schedule information by all disciplines, by building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders throughout projects.
    • Supporting internal Project Managers with their schedules and other project-related documentation on an ad hoc basis
    • Analytical review and mitigation of critical risk on all schedule activities, advising status and impact in strategic operational meetings.  Provide risk and analysis on various scheduling options.
    • Strong communication and presentation of data/findings in order to produce ongoing reporting feedback and forecasting/outlooks on performance of program/schedule to strict KPI’s
    • Demonstrated understanding of budgets and financial forecastings
    • Maintaining close working relationships with key operational personnel, including Geoscientists, Geologists, Drilling and Project Engineers, Field Operators, Supply Chain Coordinators ensuring identification of schedule risks at all times.
