·         Preparing construction schedule lies with Construction team in Primavera P6 and Export into MS Project.

·         Monthly Billing accountability for Sub- Contractors.

·         Generating Daily & Monthly Reports for top management.

·         Conducting weekly meeting with Sub - contractors and client.

·         Tracking over MOM with clients and sub contracts.

·         Preparing project schedule templates for proposal department.

·         Preparing cost management templates for tendering purpose.

·          Developing project baseline schedule using “PRIMAVERA - P3 and P6” and “MS-PROJECT”.

·         Preparation of Master / Target programme, Resource/Progress Histograms, S-Curves, Bar charts, etc. Exposure to “SAP” & “ERP” packages.

·         Preparation of project Turn around Document according to financial weightage.

·         Identify the critical areas at site and intimate to construction team.

·         Project Resources (Manpower / Equipment) planning.

·         Tracking & monitoring of project baseline schedule & proposing action plan identifying slippage areas.

·         Monitoring & reporting progress to management & client.

·         Preparation of look-ahead schedules, monthly reports, Analysis report comparing the target with base schedules, etc.

·         Coordination between different departments like Design, Purchasing, Estimation, Subcontracts and Site.

·         Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of team and sub-teams estimating project skill requirement.
