Job Description :

1.Review and investigate tender documents (drawings, specifications and conditions).2.Advise and assist the Contractor in the development of the work programs.

2.Analyze and study prices for all items "Cost Breakdown".

3.Prepare "Site Visit" report and studying effects of site circumstances on prices.

4.Collecting all project inquiries and getting Responses from the owner, consultant or site visit.

5.Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and specialized companies.

6.Prepare Master Plan Program and relevant reports for Works using P6.

7.Prepare final tenders documentations and technical brochures.

8.Attending opening envelopes session and compose relevant report.
