PLANNING - Initiates planning for Project Execution including preparations and presentations which includes overall detailed scheduling using primavera 6, formworks, concreting, & procurement schedule, breakdown of resources from approved BOQ then loads to resources in primavera, generates S-Curve, and other data formats which involves schedule and cost of the project as required by the Execution Team and Client.

MONITORING - Organizes, supervises and monitors the planning team in making schedules and monitoring all projects handled, including preparation of report formats to be given to site, weekly progress updates on primavera, generates all reports needed by Execution Team and Management like Critical Path, Lookaheads, Activity Progress, S-Curve updates, etc. Presentation of Project Progress during Management Meetings.
