  • Preparing of Project Master Schedule by co-coordinating with all department like Engineering, Procurement & Construction using PRIMAVERA V.6 Software.
  • Preparing Project WBS, Project Planning Procedure, Progress Measurement Methodology & Project Co-ordination Procedure.
  • Prepare & updating L2, L3 Schedule for Project using PRIMAVERA V.6 Software.
  • Preparing Billing Schedule, Invoice & Cash Flow.
  • Tracking of Project by using <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />SAPPS.
  • Development & updating of Functional Schedule (S-Curve) for engineering, Procurement & Construction.
  • Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, overall progress, milestone achievement and critical issues.
  • Preparing the project schedule according to given time frame and availability of resources, for Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.
  • Preparing Monthly Progress Report & Weekly Progress Report & submit to Client/Owner.
