ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES

§  Project co-ordination with BTG & BOP  in project execution of 300 MW front fired, coal fired, PF Boiler and auxiliaries.

§  Sequential execution of BTG (Boiler, Turbine & ESP) and BOP( CHP,DM/PT, AHP,ACW and ACC).

§  Monitoring and controlling of Engineering, Procurement, Erection, Testing and Commissioning activities according to the project schedule.

§  Co-ordination with engineering consultants, EPC contractor and its vendors   for timely approval and release of drawings.

§  Monitoring and Expediting of Manufacture, Inspection & Testing and Dispatch of equipments by Vendors.

§  Preparation of L1, L2, L3, L4 work schedule for BTG ( Mechanical), monitoring and controlling of progress based on L3 & L4 work schedule,

§  Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report, generation of MIS report and exception report, Cash flow requirements,

§  Plan and schedule project timelines, L2, L3, taking into account all aspects of the project – Engineering, Procurement and Construction/Erection.

§  Daily visiting the site along with subordinates and follow up the progress statistics of each building and listing out day to day problems and highlighting to concern package owner and management.

§  Resolving engineering, quality and safety issues in the process of project execution with engineering consultant, and other involved vendors and Engineering dept.

§  Follow up with all concern for implementation of decision, Preparation of agenda for monthly progress review meeting and circulation to all concern, detailed review of site progress & constraint weekly & monthly basis.

§  Adhering to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels

§  Adhering the IOS audit and successfully attended the IOS audit 3 to 4 times

§  Store activities like material distribution and supply bill
