Principal Programme Controls Manager (Cost). Review and monitor project costs for Set Programme.  Raise change papers as required for Programme estimate Revisions and subsequent updates.  Periodic review of Set Programme projects with the project teams.  Provide advice on Oracle Projects costs and reporting, creation of OP Project Codes and deal with adhoc programme queries.  Monitoring of OTL and missing time card reports. Input of period updates for projects interim & final PEND & PEST process via More 4 Apps.

PPCM Major Project. Responsible for the Project Controls team for a Station and Bridge Reconstruction project, including the planning, scheduling and cost reporting of the project on a periodic basis.  Ensure proper cost control was in place covering both main contractor and own contracts, liaise with the commercial team for periodic output from main contractor to allow cost update of plans and interface with Oracle Projects. Interrogate outputs from Primavera P3e to ensure they are correct and in line with governance.
