·         Analysing and controlling of project cash flow, updating cash flow report

·         To identify the root cause of any delay  event and report to project manager with recommended corrective action

·         Using Earned Value Calculations to monitor project status.

·         Generating monthly weekly and daily reports, preparing look ahead program for week and month

·         Involved in, Co-ordinate with entire team to identify risk and issues

·         Track project managers to update project plan,  track team members  to update time sheets without fail

·         Monitoring and analysing progress data reported from the subcontractors and comparing variations of actual from planned data and forecast data.

·         Prepare Baseline Schedule, Revise/update Baseline Schedule, specifications and procedures when applicable

·         Preparing progress reports daily/weekly/monthly and submit to the project manager to analyse project performance against original baseline schedule, cost, resources which helps in forecasting project progress.

·         Under supervision, be able to setup and use physical progress measurement based on earned value principles, using the company standards.

·         Under supervision, be able to prepare and explain an effective Critical Path schedule, including the use of all associated information.

·         Under supervision, begin to understand how to analyse the schedule, manpower and progress data, and to communicate to management the findings.

·         Under supervision, able to anchor on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

·         Prepares and present Monthly Project Cost Report to the management. This will include all actual cost and revenue to date, with an accurate forecast spread across the remainder to the completion of the project. These reports are issued to Project Managers for review and submit to top level management.
