Developed Reports  on Work Package progress, co-ordinating all functional activity on the project and ensuring that problems and bottlenecks are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner to prevent negative impact on the project

 

Developed high level schedules for management and also Level 2 & 3 plans for other stakeholders.

 

Kept engineering and procurement departments aware of their "deliverables" to ensure that their scope is

delivered on time to allow the overall project to run on time.

 

Prepared S curves to assist with project reporting.


Prepared 3 month, 9 month and 12 month "Look-ahead" views to keep all stakeholders fully aware of what they need to deliver.

 

Strategic forecasting for production resource  requirements, machine capacity and quarterly revenue reporting.

 

Produced Gantt charts for project and planning schedules.

 

I defined the planning process for the organization, which was reviewed by senior PMO and adopted.
