viii.          Stage-wise negotiation on price and contract terms.

ix.            Contract Drafting and release after clearance from legal department.

x.             Release of Payments to Contractors/Sub-Contractors.

xi.            Contract management (Variation settlement, Cost adjustment, Expediting, Contractual Notices and Letters)

xii.           Dispute resolution & Contractual cum financial closure.

The value of Contracts awarded during this project is AUD 80 million with savings of more than 35%.
