Planning and project management:- Study of drawings and elaboration of the procedures of the works,- Elaboration of the schedule and regular updates,- Coordinator of the diverse contractors of the project. Reporting:- Elaboration of the indicators of performance and followup,- Elaboration and follow-up of the S-curves S,- Follow-up of the works and weekly reporting. Management human resources:- Rating and holding in the process of recruitment, Management of the costs:- Elaboration of the diverse reviews and the s-curves of the costs of project,- Budget estimates of the project (from March, 2009),- Proposals of final financial review. Precommissionning/commissionning:- Follow-up of the procurement,- Management of the staff,- Follow-up of the works and update of the schedule
