- Elaborate the consolidated Cost Breakdown Structure on the base of the Commercial Budget, the available feedback from tender documents, the risks profile, the needs to return data to Commercial Department; recast the Commercial Budget in the established Cost Breakdown Structure and issue of the Control Budget as per internal procedures,

-Identify the cost control resources necessary to control the project,

- Monitor cost coding system is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete,

- Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analysed, final impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored,

- Issue monthly Cost Report inclusive of details and written comprehensive analysis of performance, trends,deviations and assumptions, support consolidated reports of headquarters Tekfen,

- Assist Progress Payment Certificate Engineer for the administration and coordination of the processing and finalization of the monthly progress payment certificates, invoices

- Assist Quantity Survey Engineer in execution of cost analysis for required work unit rates and time unit rates derived or not existed among the original contract price schedules, supportive studies to Contracts Dept. in review and assesment of validity of new prices with Company Repr. , required minor assistance in developing Amendments to Contract.
