·         Planning and schedule preparation for engineering, procurement, construction of Mechanical, Piping and Electrical, Instrumentation activities

·         Responsible for monitoring progress of work and compares with the approved schedule.

·         Daily monitoring the Status of Subsystems and Commissioning Units (ITR’s, DAC’s, MC-01 completion)

·         Conducting daily meeting with project team, analyzing problems and issues encountered, in order to have a clear picture of situation, and arrive to a corrective measures

·         Overall responsibility for Area/Discipline schedule reporting to support Client with monthly and weekly reports

·         Monitoring of the Construction activities on punch lists, giving priority, suggesting corrective action

·         Monitoring of the material supply status / Site Instruction closure

·         Creating schedule, constraints analysis reports and Histograms, review  schedule progress with project team, identifying performance trends

·         Interfacing with project team to identify issues, advising the Management on matters affecting project execution
