Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Developing 3 Week and 90 Day Look ahead schedules indicating critical activities especially approval of key documents (i.e., method statements, technical tests, mock-ups, shop drawings etc.) required to start construction at site.

·         Plan and organize construction activities according contract documents and technical specifications.

·         Cost and resource loading the baseline schedule. Inform the management about the manpower and equipment requirement.

·         Level resources by identifying and prioritizing activities on the critical path.

·         Programme interfaces and dependencies into the schedule to identify risks in order to eliminate or mitigate them.

·         Monitoring daily progress of site and preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the Consultants and the Client.

·         Analyze baseline trends, cost and critical activities.

·         Analyzing the progress of works against planned schedule (baseline) and raise alarm against any delays and propose alternatives / recommendations to the management for implementation.

·         Engage all stakeholders involved in the project to ascertain problems and report & resolve at the earliest to achieve planned completion.

·         Keeping a log book to be made available during site visits and meetings, and record any comments or observations that would aid in handling claims.
