Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Preparation and dissemination of Look Ahead schedules, by identifying critical activities such as method statements, technical tests, mock-ups, shop drawings that need to be done prior to construction works at site.

·         Developing baseline plan in accordance with the contract documents & technical specifications and informing the same to the site construction team.

·         Preparing cost and resource loaded construction execution programmes.

·         Preparing recovery or mitigation programmes to mitigate construction delays.

·         Monitoring daily progress of site and preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the Consultants and the Client.

·         Monitor the progress of the works against baseline on weekly basis, report delays if any to the management.

·         Liaison with sub-contractors, site construction team and the consultants to ascertain any problems to the progress of works and resolve them immediately.

·         Keeping a log book to be made available during site visits and meetings, and record any comments or observations that would aid in handling claims.

·         Co-ordinate with the BIM team to develop 4D and 5D model by integrating the 3D model with P6 programme and the BOQ. Run simulations and prepare video presentations to the client on the progress.

·         Prepare Extension of Time programmes and reports on change management requests.

·         Level resources by identifying and prioritizing activities on the critical path.
