- Supervise Ongoing Project Schedules.
- Preparation of Schedule Analysis
- Preparation of Critical Path Schedule, Manpower Histograms, Resource Utilisation Schedule, Progress S-curves, Progress Report formats and other Planning and Project Controls related documents as required in the individual Bids
- Preparation of Scheduling and Progress Measurement Procedures, required for bid submission
- Content Leader of Corporate Management Systems under Planning & Project Controls element.
- Evaluate Schedule Risks and Opportunities for Bid and Ongoing Projects
- Mitigate Risks related to schedule / program
- Analysis of cash-flow for tender with respect to the bid program
- Analysis of Cost Impact (Risk / Opportunities) for the Ongoing Projects not limited to individual Project Performance only but analyzing the impacts with respect to Overall Company Performance and highlight the critical risks/opportunities to the Senior Management
- Educate and Motivate respective Project Control Engineers of the individual projects on the Cost Control techniques and culture.
