v  Preparing EPCO schedules with inputs from engineering and procurement departments/EP contractors in Primavera P6 & MS Project 2010.

v  Resource loading & levelling.

v  Analyzing the progress using S-Curve. Generating reports on daily, weekly & fortnightly basis depicting the Achievements, Critical Issues, Schedule Analysis, Progress Analysis, Front Analysis, Equipment Analysis and Manpower Analysis.

v  Conducting productivity analysis of manpower skills with help of various type of work study exercise and taking necessary action if found under performing.

v  Calculating Resource requirements like manpower and Plant & Machinery requirements for the project.

v  Presentations to Management on fortnightly basis on Schedule, Progress, Issues and Resource requirements.

v  Detailed monitoring of the activities on the critical path & further expediting the works at site against the schedule and resolving issues at site.

v  Review progress with contractors, analyze constraints, escalate them to top management and get them solved.

v  Organize site meetings; expedite interdisciplinary/dependent works and generation of multi fronts. Working in coordination with contractors through letter and E-Mails.

v  Co-ordination with Procurement/Projects department for Placing of Orders/Delivery

v  Tracking the delivery of materials and expediting with concerned

Preparation of Budget for new scope works and Modification works. Preparation & monitoring of the shutdown type schedules of jobs of the MOC/PCOs in the online refinery
