EPC Project with In- House Engineering and successful completion of heaters with commissioning assistance to the client.

Main activities:

• Assisting and supporting the Project Control Manager in their daily duties.
• Provide progress reports & management level reporting.
• Build and maintain custom Primavera Layouts, Reports ...etc.
• Update and follow-up Engineering, Procurement and Material deliveries activities on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Apply the Progress Measurement Procedure.
• Release the progress figures (Overall, Engineering, Procurement, Material delivery and Construction activities) to the management of the project.
• Monthly reports with the S Curves, Histograms and the list of activities ongoing/forecasted.

Achievements:

• Implementation of progress control.
• Implementation of man power control.
• Claim preparation for the extraordinary scope of work.
• Lead the task force dedicated to the claim issues.
• Creating library of standard documents to expedite future work.
