Assignment – Project Executive, Newton, MA

Reporting to the President, responsible for DoD Federal clients (US Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, US Naval Facilities Command, GSA), working daily at a leadership level to identify new opportunities, conduct missionary work with new and repeat clients, develop proposals and statements of work, managed on-going and future revenue forecasts, P&L responsibility, and provide status updates to the senior leadership team.

Responsible to work with client leadership teams to provide assurance of timely program execution of their capital programs, develop and evaluate Earned Value Management metrics, master program cost / schedule integration, analyze risks, recommend improvements to baseline schedules, estimate manpower requirements, and structure incremental funding and execution strategies.
