Package BP-01: Infrastructure (483,828,358.42 S.R. Contract Value):

  • This package comprises but is not limited to the following; Demolition and removal of materials above original surface, Cut & Fill, Construction of Roads, Storm Drainage System, Potable & Fire Water Distribution System, Sanitary Waste Water Collection, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Irrigation System, Hardscape for Sidewalks, Boundary Walls and Electro-Mechanical works.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviews project milestones in conjunction with the project scope.
  • Implementation & analyse of project status according to KPI's measurement thru the stage of project.
  • Review contractors programme submittal of baseline programme & revise schedule including proper schedule sequencing, duration assumptions, milestones, critical path, resource allocation and cost loading.
  • Conduct regular site visits along with contractors for proper progress measurements.
  • Determines critical-path activities for significant future time impact assessment.
  • Review contractor’s time extension and any programme revision.
  • Assist & evaluate contractors claim for extension of time (EOT) including cost variations.
  • Attend contractor’s progress minutes of meeting (MOM) in a weekly basis.
  • Ensures proper implementation of the programme cost & time are addressed according to the PCM procedural requirements & to ensure that programme in due course are always on track.
  • Assist contractor’s EVM requirements for the monthly invoicing including s-curve.
  • Prepares monthly executive report including histogram & s-curve reflecting actual vs. planned. Prepare delay analysis & mitigation. Also reflecting look-ahead programme & forecasting dates.
  • Review correspondences from contractors and or client and prepare response in a timely manner.
