  • Develop program of work (Schedule) with all resource and cost loaded as baseline.
  • Ensure that Subcontractor’s planning services & reporting meets project and business requirements as per the project coordination procedures throughout the duration of the contracts.
  • Produce Schedules for project review for various development options.
  • Develop Presentation Summary schedules as required as reporting.
  • Monitor the progress of work, Manpower, equipment, productivity and subcontractor’s schedule. Inform project management about the potential variation and impact on project.
  • Implement/maintain a reporting system, which is suitable for project management, the corporate management requirements.
  •  Prepare input to regular progress status reports/forecasts and co-ordinate preparation of these reports.
  • Providing planning support and work closely with Planning Lead, Project Engineers, the Project team to establish and monitor an overall total project schedule with milestones broken down to a suitable level with all float defined.
  • Prepare the weekly/monthly reports for the project.
  • Prepare the progressive Invoice for the project.
