-     PMO member responsible for Planning discipline and all consecutives reports and control.

-     Team member of the Integrated Project Planning approach and process for Wellheads product line. Responsible to drive and conduct implementation of new initiatives in Latin America. It includes Templates creation, Systems interfaces (MRP to Primavera), Planning accuracy, Execution measurement and OTD metrics; being responsible for identifying the key steps to improvement and driving the execution.

-     Establish the Planning Execution Plan for both Subsea Wellheads and Wet Christmas Trees product lines, which it contains standard reports, process workflows and all consecutive schedule modeling.

-     Work close to the Project Director and the PMO Leader in order to review the deliveries plan and prioritize resources.

-     Key user ensuring P6 as standard Planning tool in all schedule development and monitoring, including in Tender phase.

-     Provide scenarios with trends of ups and downs of total productive capacity based on the update schedules and backlog, guiding pre-sales/sales teams for future orders.

-     Work close to Petrobras doing a collaborative planning by improving the demand visibility to achieve new orders.
