- Supervision of a staff composed by 7 Planners, being responsible for analyze trends and reports to Project Managers, assisting the team on the schedules elaboration and monitoring the EPC planning ensuring quality and consistency.
- Answerable for provide consolidate schedules, monthly reports resulted by a strong intradepartmental interface involved, established and maintained by consistent operation routine to ensure reports are generated and issued on time.
- Take ownership with planning/scheduling operations, providing vision in which change can be implemented within the planning and scheduling processes which lead to dynamic gains in their efficiency.
- Responsible for control and execute the entire plan for all projects, ensuring them is in accordance of customer requirements, guiding baselines and schedule impacts to the Project Managers and clients.
- Provide decision making, offer coaching and feedback to planning personnel to provide direction for individual growth, and take the lead role in all points of planning’s matter.
- Created a Weekly Best Practices Routine to ensure any lessons learned from pasts situations are incorporated to all.
- Successful implementation of the Performance Measurement System based on activity weight calculation and progress S-curves and reporting.
