• Project Controls Management for multiple large ($10-$45Mil) EPCM, EPC, CM projects (refinery, pipelines, etc.)

• Project Scheduling in Primavera (P6/P5) and MS Project 2007/2003.

• Project Cost Management and Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Project Budgeting, Forecasting, Project Change Management, Pro-Services Estimates.

• Elaborate project financial margin analysis and operational project report data.

• Elaborate Pro-Services Estimate Bid Packages, plans, budgets, start-up & closeout packages.

• Weekly progress status reports, monthly operational reports, project reviews, start-ups, closeouts.

• Margin analysis, labor and non-labor corrections, strong interaction with engineering leads, etc.

 

Such responsibilities included, in Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

• Detail SOW with PM, develop WBS, Key Deliverables, Milestones and their supporting activities, do Resource and Cost Loading, Manpower Leveling, Baseline Schedules, Task Networking, and ensure adherence to PC stds.

• Compile, analyze and proactively challenge schedule inputs and progress updates from project leads, reporting Schedule Progress Status after incorporating approved changes, baseline progress, develop useful Mgt. Information from the IMS including Variance Analysis Reports (VAR) and do CPM/Float Analyses to detect schedule issues.

• Update Actual Costs, do Earned Value Mgt. to evaluate Performance (incl. S-Curves, KPI, CPI, SPI), report Project Metrics and detect issues. Develop/propose Corrective Action Planning and Impact/Risk Management.

In Costing:

• Analyze and report actual project manpower, Costs Analysis, Costs and Revenue Reports, Earned Value Mgt., Forecasts (ETC/EAC) and Project Status Reports (PSR), Project Financials and Operational Project Reviews (OPR).

• Elaborate project financial margin analysis and operational project report data. Change Management. Orders and

• Elaborate Pro-Services Estimate Bid Packages, plans, budgets, start-up & closeout packages in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures in order to perform Cost Controlling and Master Scheduling.
