- Support the project team and the project manager in particular in planning the project. Schiphol is a customer of Vanderlande. Vanderlande sells Baggage Handling Systems.

                                       - Assist and advise the project managers and  their lead engineers in order to obtain the most current project activity status on a weekly basis . Furthermore the hours sold and spent on the project is monitored meticously, to secure the budgeted hours are not exceeded.

                                       - Monitor the timelines and hours spent in the ERP system (JD Edwards) and ensure gaps between the ERP system and the planning system are solved.       

                                                   - Produce standard and on-request reports based on business'needs.
