Working on the Connect Project – upgrading London Undergrounds communications network Fibre, Copper, Cab to shore.

Producing of cutover philosophy detailing all process and procedures that enable a safe introduction of the new system.

Creation of detailed plan for the cutover of service from old to new system.

Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure plans meet overall program of works

Ensure that the department & company do not delay the implementation of the project.

Ensure cutover plans are in compliance with project contracts.

Produce detailed financial & resources forecast to cover projects

Ensure all plans finances and resources are within the budget target
