  • Planning and monitoring the overall company master schedule for different disciplines.
  • Create & Update Installation Curves using standard unit rates.
  • Initiate & monitor manpower histograms & resources distribution by craft.
  • Monitor & analyze schedule performance, problems & opportunities for improvement.
  • Track actual quantities, manpower & progress percentages against targets.
  • Evaluate subcontractors’ physical progress & quantity reporting.
  • Develop weekly & monthly progress reports & previews.
  • Attend progress review meetings & coordinate with key personnel.
  • Define project criticality & highlight areas of concern.
  • Preparation of the company weekly report for the client and for the main office located in Houston, Texas, USA.
  • Actively participate in the company monthly previews presented for the project director.
  • Focusing on quantity achieved on weekly and monthly basis and observes company milestones.
  • Initiate numerous schedules as required to support construction, pre-commissioning and close out phases i.e. replacing jetty firewater system; refrigerant compressors mechanical runs schedule, plant shutdown schedule, demobilization schedule…etc.
