                                        Scope                                        :      Worley Parson Arabia Ltd  is Program Management Office (PMO) for Jeddah Municipality. Establishing various Manuals, Budget and supervision of Engineering Management, Construction Management, Operation & Management consultants .

Key Deliverables:

Ø  Preparation of Program/ Schedule of works (in Primavera 8.2) for the year & five years as per the Planned approved budget.

Ø  Follow up the progress, Update the status and report.

Ø  Monitor and update the changes.

Ø  Engineering Management Consultants (EMC) contractual deliverables, scope identification, coordination, Program of works approval and follow up on updates.

Ø  Coordination with various client departments, preparation and finalization of Budget.

Ø  Assisted in preparation of Design Management, Construction Management & Contract Administration Manual.

Analyzation of monthly reports for Engineering Management, Construction Management, Operation and Management Consultant. Prepared monthly reports for the client.
