- Build database dependent in calculation commercial budget and estimation fabrication time.
- Calculate project Commercial budget in manpower mode.

- Manage and Control activities and manpower as schedule to avoid delay.
- Monitor in weekly basis progress report to management and client.
- Study and analyze the site work to improve the productivity.
- Solve problems impact productivity.
- Estimate fabrication hours required for doing any job and evaluate it in parallel.
- Follow all extra works to keep not impact the schedule.
- Analyze isometric drawing for planning and budget calculation.
